Book Kimberly as a Speaker
Book Kimberly Diaz, RN — Dementia Keynote Speaker
Kimberly Diaz is a Registered Nurse with 25 years of hands-on clinical experience — the last 13 focused on hospice, geriatrics, and dementia. Her career spans hospice leadership, home health, VA nursing, case management, placement, and end-of-life care. She founded Care Matters Always to turn the fear and overwhelm of the dementia journey into clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Her calling began early. Her grandfather was a Veteran, and from the age of four she spent hours at the VA visiting him — and the many other men and women there with similar diagnoses. Bringing them comfort and solace as a child sparked a lifelong need to help, and it still shapes every talk she gives today.
